Lions Club of Damansara

We were established in 1978 by a group of volunteers who wanted to do some charitable work for our nation. We are a charitable organization that cares for the needy in our community. We serve the community by carrying meaningful projects that target to help the under-privileged. We have a total of 36 members as at July 2008.

Our club is part of the Lions Club International organization (www.lionsclubs.org) and is placed under Malaysia District 308 B1.

Dumpling Festival



Club members visited a few orphanage homes (Tiratana, Angel Home and Faith, Hope & Love) on 06/06/2008. Dumpling festival is an important festival for Chinese community. We distributed “bak chang” (dumpling) and shared the festive mood with the less fortunate ones.

The children can't wait to get a bite on those good looking & yummy dumplings.


Distribute the dumplings to the exciting and long waiting children.
